Albania is a beautiful country with sun kissed beaches, snow clad mountains and sprawling countryside. Most tourists like to visit Albania in September-October when the summer months are over and winter has not yet set in. There aren’t many public holidays in Albania. However, they celebrate their Independence Day on 28th November and Liberation Day on 29th November with grandeur. They also celebrate Christmas, Easter, Ramadan and New Years Day. Albanians are very hospitable by nature and very warm towards all tourists that visit their country. They have an old tradition of greeting everybody they meet with a warm handshake to express their delight and their trust.
