If you are using a reputed travel agency to plan your vacation to Albania, they will notify you about the Visa regulations of the country. A valid passport is needed by anyone who wishes to travel to Albania for a holiday. Tourists from United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, United States of America, Japan and most other European countries do not require a visa to travel to Albania. They can stay up to 30 days without any Visa in Albania. These tourists can enter Albania by just paying 10 Euros which is the entrance fees at the Tirana Airport or at the border crossing point. If you are a national of Israel, you will need to pay 30 Euros as entrance fee to enter Albania while tourists from Poland and Slovak Republic may enter for free. Nationals of Montenegro can get a visa on arrival free of charge, while tourists from Malta and Macedonia need to pay 30 Euros and 10 Euros respectively. Citizens of other countries need to apply their visa application to missions of Republic of Albania. It may take two to three weeks for the visa application to be processed.
